Β£14.20 per hour
Driver Essential (Full UK Driving Licence).

A minimum of 12 months experience with Service Users with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities and ideally have an NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care. You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the Service Users.

You will be tasked with assisting with the resident's care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual's rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
12 months minimum Experience of working with Service Users who have Learning Disabilities is essential.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care.
It's important to understand that this role is not Monday to Friday 9 β 5.
You will be supported by the amazing management team, most who started as Support Workers themselves.
