Care Assistant Nights FEMALE ONLY DUE TO CARE PLANS AND RATIOS. £12.92/hr Lincoln LN6 0PA PERMANENT-38.5hrs on NIGHTS. We have the following Care Assistant contracts available:

  • NIGHT CARE ASSISTANT - 38.5hrs - Fixed shifts, 3 on 3 off x 12hr shifts 8pm-8am. (Breaks Unpaid) - £12.92/hour

Based in LN6 0PA (near Hartsholme Country Park), you will be working for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the residents and its staff first. This home is rated at Good by the CQC, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes. As well as being rated GOOD by the CQC, The Home has received a top five-star RDB rating (a Residential and Domiciliary Benchmarking award).

Person specification:

  • One Year minimum experience of working in a social care environment
  • Not requiring sponsorship or an overseas student.
