The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Permanent position, 20 hours per week.

Location: Spondon, Derby DE21 7NN

Salary: £13.85 per hour (£14.77/hr from 1st April)

The shift pattern is working 2 days a week on a 2 week rota as follows:

  • Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday (07.30 to 18.00)
  • Week 2: Sunday, Friday (07.30 to 18.00)

The days and shifts are set, with no late evenings or nights.

You will be working for a charitable organisation in an elderly care home, who put the needs of the 60 residents and its staff first, and whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees.

Overview: Working in a Residential Care Home, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality catering service, planning menus with residents which are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements. You will ensure the highest standards of nutrition, hygiene and safety.

An experienced caterer is required, with good planning, budget and stock control abilities. You will have a recognised qualification in Food.
