Maintenance Worker – Care Home Chippenham SN15 5LJ
£13.68/hr | 37.5 hours per week.
This is a role for a UK-based charity working in a modern Elderly Nursing Home with first-class facilities. You will report to the Home Manager and be responsible for all general maintenance and upkeep duties required to ensure a safe and attractive environment for residents, their families and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Include planned preventive work and safety checks, as well as running repairs and the supervision of outside contractors.
- This position would be a satisfying job for an individual who can demonstrate practical skills in maintenance, gardening as well as painting and decorating, with respect for older people.
- You will ensure that all gardens and grounds are beautifully presented and immaculately looked after, sharing your love of outdoor spaces with residents and visitors.
