Support Worker in Gowerton, Swansea, SA4 3QS. FEMALES ONLY DUE TO CARE PLANS. DRIVER ESSENTIAL. 40.25 Hours on Days. Full Time Role £12.60/hr - £12.75/hr.

Working for a leading provider of specialist services for adults with complex needs, often associated with autism. We support adults in our community homes. Our priority is to improve and maintain the quality of life for the children and adults in our care. We take a person-centred approach to everything we do, empowering people in our care to learn and develop skills and abilities specific to their own development needs.

This home has 5 males, some who have challenging behaviours. Shifts are working between 08.00am-20.30pm (Includes alternative weekends). You must have a Full UK Driving Licence as you use the company vehicles.

DETAILS INCLUDE:

  • Overtime available across a number of services.
  • Fixed Shift pattern, so you can always be able to plan your work/life balance.
  • Permanant Contract, guaranteed hours.
  • Working in a modern facility for an excellent company.

You will be tasked with assisting with the residents' care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individuals' rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • 6 Months minimum experience of working in a social care environment (Ideal).
  • Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence Ideally.
