In a truly stunning Retirement Village and Care Home in Painswick, GL6 6UL. Permanent position, 40 hours per week. Shifts are either 07.00-15.00, 10.00-20.00 and/or 12.00-20.00, including alternative weekends. Salary: £27,872.00 PLUS A WELCOME BONUS OF £1,000. Rated 9.5 / 10 by CareHome.

Working in an elderly nursing home, you will be responsible for helping to deliver a high-quality catering service, preparing a fantastic menu for the residents that is varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements. The role will also involve washing dishes and food preparation. Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff. You will be working for a charitable organisation in a new purpose-built retirement care home. You will have at least 2 years of experience in a professional catering position and ideally a recognised qualification in catering.
