OverviewWe are currently recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents. You will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating. Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essential.
