Nursing Home Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) 44 hours Day Shifts £20.50/hr Permanent Motherwell ML1 3RY 11hrs a week will be as Acting Deputy Manager. Please note we are only accepting candidates with a UK active NMC PIN.
Duties include:
- Oversees daily operations, staff (nurses, carers), and resident care on their unit.
- Focusing on high-quality care, compliance, and team leadership.
- Staffing (rostering, supervision).
- Clinical oversight (care planning, medication management, risk assessment).
- Administration (budgets, documentation).
- Maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider management team.
