As Home Manager, you\’ll play a vital part in ensuring that every person we support thrives in an environment where they feel understood and respected. Your responsibilities as a Home Manager will include: Managing staff and leading by example. Ensuring the home is fully compliant with all regulations and best practice. Overseeing risk management, safeguarding, and any concerns or complaints. Working closely with families, external professionals, and regulators. Keeping everything on track with regular reports and home improvement planning. What Were Looking For: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adults). Previous experience in a management/deputy role within a similar setting. A solid understanding of autism and complex needs. Confident in leading a team and supporting staff development.
