Senior Support Worker – PERMANENT

Kettering NN16 8DX (Town Centre); Barton Seagrave, NN15 8UG

£13.40 per hour – 37.5 hours on Days, inc alternative weekends. Shifts are both Earlies and Lates (7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm), working 4 or 5 shifts a week. This includes alternative weekends.

Please note – Having a FULL UK Manual Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• A minimum of 12 months UK experience with Service Users with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities.
• You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the 4 Service Users.

Qualifications

• 12 months minimum Experience of working with Service Users who have Learning Disabilities is essential.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care.
• It’s important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 – 5.
• You will be supported by the management team
