Working in an elderly nursing, you will be responsible for helping to deliver a high quality catering service, helping prepare a fantastic menu for the residents which are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements. The role will also involve washing dishes and food preparation. Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff. You will be working for a charitable organisation in a new purpose built retirement care home. You will have at least 2 years experience of working in a professional catering position. You will have a recognised qualification in catering ideally.
