Due to the opening of a brand new service in Redhill, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Home Manager or a Senior Support Worker ready for the next stage of your career. The Home is a fantastic facility with first class amenities, in a great location.

The service is a Brand New Supported Living Service for 6 Adults, most of whom are self-sufficient. Shifts are both Earlies and Lates (7am-2.00pm and 2.00pm-9pm), working 5 shifts a week. This includes alternative weekends. You must work BOTH early and late shifts and get your rota one month in advance.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • A good working knowledge of CQC standards and the Health and Social Act 2008.
  • You will be tasked with helping to lead and supervising the support and care teams to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care.

It’s important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 to 5. You will be supported by the management team.

Please note - at present having a Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
