NIGHTS - £16.00/hr or £576.00 per week before deductions. 36 hours per week - All Breaks Paid! Nights are 3 x 8pm-8am in an Elderly Nursing Home with 66 Beds. Rated an Incredible 9.8 / 10 by CareHome.
We are looking for staff on nights at present, you will be joining a fantastic group of homes. This is a brilliant role for a fantastic company.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
- To participate in the formulation and maintenance of individual care plans for each resident and administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both.
- To supervise and support the care team.
- Two years minimum experience of working in a UK social care environment.
- Have a NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, QCF or equivalent. (min NVQ 2).
- Supervisory/leadership skills, and a willingness to develop new skills.
