The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

The role will be based at one of our offices, either Belfast or Castlederg.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide bid management for bids across all sectors including education, healthcare, water etc.
  • Manage and contribute to the development of winning strategies for bids.
  • Write high-quality and compliant responses to PQQ and ITT specifications.
  • Manage the bid process from receipt of the PQQ, ITT, or similar documents through to final submission.
  • Manage all clarifications and queries to and from Clients/consultants regarding each bid via online portals.
  • Liaise with other internal departments to ensure a seamless support process.

Criteria:

  • Experience in bid management and coordination.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good communication management skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support and develop other staff members/departments.
  • Competent writing skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously and thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
