Holiday Let Cleaner (Self-Employed)

About the Role
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team atLowrie Holiday Lets, maintaining a growing portfolio of short-term rental and holiday-let properties across the Scottish Borders.
This is a self-employed, contract-based position, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a clean, welcoming environment for guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare holiday-let properties to a high standard between guest stays
- Change bedding, restock essentials, and ensure each property is guest-ready
- Carry out light maintenance checks and report any issues promptly
- Work to a weekly cleaning rota based on upcoming bookings (typically between 10am and 3pm)
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience (holiday lets, hotels, or private homes preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Own transport is essential, as travel between properties may be required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Availability for weekend work on a rota basis
