- Lead social media strategy, planning and content creation across all venues
- Manage content shoots, calendars and creative direction
- Oversee marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Drive Partnerships, PR & Collaborations
- Coordinate PR activity, influencer partnerships and brand collaborations

- Track performance and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements
- Apply a strong understanding of audience behaviour to optimise campaigns and activity
- Work Seamlessly With Operations

- Ensure marketing activity is executable, relevant and aligned with the realities of live trading environments
What You Bring
- 4+ years of marketing experience within hospitality, food & drink, lifestyle or events
- Strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing across digital, social, CRM, partnerships and events
- Experience managing social media platforms and content production workflows
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail and tone of voice
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and audience data
- Confidence collaborating with designers, creators, agencies and venue teams
- Experience working within a fast‑paced hospitality or live‑event environment

You’ll Be
- Commercially minded and creatively driven
- Passionate about live events, hospitality and London’s food & drink scene
- Creative yet highly organised with strong attention to detail
