In your position, you support our clients across all industries on their digital transformation journey. Are you passionate about digital transformation and strategy, AI and automation? Are you eager to join our journey as a startup and grow together with our company?
Your daily work:
- Specify customer requirements through workshops and interviews, define digital strategies and roadmaps.
- Perform process analysis and optimisation, with a focus on end-to-end digitalisation, and support from prototype to implementation.
- Evaluate the appropriate technology, help shape the technical design, implementation and architecture.
- Take on project and work stream planning and execution, develop deliverables and present findings to clients.
- Craft proposals and support business development activities.
Based in Wallisellen (near railway station). Some client travel expected.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business information, business informatics, or industrial engineering.
- 2-5 years in consulting in digital transformation or IT strategy.
- Ability to translate customer needs and strategic issues into technical requirements.
- Team player with excellent communication skills in German and English.
