We’re expanding and looking for reliable Factory Operatives to join our busy Timber Cutting Shop, operating modern machinery and supporting production. The position will be based at our factory in Marton, Shropshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate saws and machinery safely and accurately.
- Support general factory and housekeeping duties.
- Read and follow production drawings and cutting schedules.
- Maintain a safe, tidy workspace and uphold Health & Safety standards.
About You:
- Manufacturing or wood machining experience preferred (training will also be provided).
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
