Lowery Ltd is looking for experienced Approved Electricians to support the delivery of High Voltage (HV) renewal projects across the Network Rail CP7 Framework within the Wessex, Kent and Sussex routes.

We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong safety culture and experience working within the rail industry to join our growing delivery team.

Scope of Works

The role will involve working on a variety of HV renewal and electrical infrastructure projects, including:

  • Installation and renewal of HV and LV electrical systems
  • Cable installation, glanding and termination
  • Testing, inspection and fault finding
  • Equipment replacement and upgrade works
  • Working within planned possessions and trackside environments
  • Ensuring compliance with Network Rail standards and safe systems of work

Essential Requirements

  • Approved Electrician qualification
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • JIB ECS Gold Card
  • PTS Certification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience within the rail industry
  • Experience working on electrical renewal projects
  • Driving licence
  • If appropriate, accommodation costs

Desirable

  • City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing
  • Sentinel competencies
  • HV experience within rail environments
  • Knowledge of Network Rail standards and procedures
