What You’ll Be Doing

• Full commercial management from bid to final account
• Detailed estimating, planning, forecasting & cost reporting
• Working closely with Project Managers to meet financial targets
• Identifying cost efficiencies and protecting commercial interests
• Reviewing contract documents (NEC experience a bonus)
• Applications for payment, final accounts, monthly CVRs
• Handing projects over to delivery teams with clear commercial insight

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial roles
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Able to quickly understand scopes and project requirements
• Proactive, organised and steady under pressure
• Confident communicator, comfortable working independently
• Good Excel and Word skills
• Experience in Rail, TfL, Energy/Power sectors (preferred)
