We’re a friendly, high-performing SME specialising in Civil and Electrical Engineering, working mainly in the rail and power sectors. Our reputation is built on quality, honesty, and reliable delivery. Our clients include major names such as Network Rail, UKPN, GE, BAM Nuttall, and Octavius.
We’re looking for a proactive Office Manager to join our team and take ownership of ensuring our offices and systems run like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing our outsourced IT provider and internal IT support
- Managing our Office Coordinator and providing day-to-day office and admin support
- Overseeing facilities across two office locations
- Ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant document handling and storage for bids and projects
- Managing office supplies, hotel bookings, and vendor contracts
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining emergency equipment
- Conducting regular audits to ensure best practice and operational efficiency
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding of team members
- Updating internal systems and supporting sustainability initiatives
