We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to work with our established Project Manager to drive forward the delivery of our Power & Energy Sector works across the Southern area. What You’ll Bring:
- Safety First Culture.
- Electrical qualifications – ideally 18th Edition.
- High Voltage experience with electrical installations, including minor civils cabling route containment.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong background & experience in electrical construction engineering (degree or HNC/HND preferred).
- Experience in the High Voltage power or energy sectors.
- Can demonstrate a proven track record of safe, quality and on time delivery.
What you will work on:
- Distribution Sub Station Electrical Installation.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, in house installation teams & approved suppliers to deliver the project portfolio.
- Maximise project resources, including labour, plant, and transport, for peak productivity.
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements in cost and programming.
- Monitor and oversee the site supervision carrying out the construction and installation works, ensuring safety, quality, in compliance with the designs and industry standards.
- Manage client relationships and ensure works meet contract requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Review and approve documentation, including construction programmes, method statements, and ITPs.
- Manage your team, project resources, and finances to stay within budget and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company health & safety policies, as well as QUENSH standards.
