Ready to play a key commercial role on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects? UK Power Networks is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Lower Thames Crossing programme and lead commercial delivery from procurement through to final account.

Responsibilities

  • Own commercial management across NEC contracts, frameworks and manufacturing orders
  • Lead payment processes, CE/EWN assessments, programme reviews and CVR reporting
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams & contractors to keep projects moving
  • Support procurement, contract drafting and commercial governance
  • Drive robust change control, risk management and dispute resolution

Qualifications

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law or Project Management
  • Strong commercial and contractual expertise (NEC experience ideal)
  • Ability to analyse cost data, challenge decisions and influence project teams
  • Solid knowledge of construction contracts and contractor performance
  • Flexible, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site
