Ready to play a key commercial role on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects? UK Power Networks is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Lower Thames Crossing programme and lead commercial delivery from procurement through to final account.
Responsibilities
- Own commercial management across NEC contracts, frameworks and manufacturing orders
- Lead payment processes, CE/EWN assessments, programme reviews and CVR reporting
- Build strong relationships with internal teams & contractors to keep projects moving
- Support procurement, contract drafting and commercial governance
- Drive robust change control, risk management and dispute resolution
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law or Project Management
- Strong commercial and contractual expertise (NEC experience ideal)
- Ability to analyse cost data, challenge decisions and influence project teams
- Solid knowledge of construction contracts and contractor performance
- Flexible, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site
