We are hiring on behalf of our client - one of the fastest-growing public sector recruitment groups in the UK. They have offices across the UK including Bristol and have achieved £60m turnover within the last year alone whilst winning multiple awards including CEO of the Year, Best Place to Work and Investors in People Platinum. They have built all of this by finding exceptional people and backing them completely. Now they are looking for their next one. That could be you, even if you've never recruited a day in your life.

YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF YOU ARE...

  • Someone who genuinely loves talking to people and has the energy to pick up the phone, again and again, and make things happen.
  • Hungry to learn and to grow, and to out-work the version of yourself from last week.
  • Ambitious - not in a vague way, but the kind of ambitious that keeps you up at night thinking about what is possible.
  • A natural with people - you build rapport fast, you listen, and you always follow through.
  • Honest, resilient, and ready to be held to a high standard.
  • Incredibly financial driven.

THE ROLE

This is a 360 recruitment consultant position within the Education and Public sector meaning you will own the full process from both ends. You will be out in the market building relationships with schools, colleges and education providers, understanding their staffing needs, and sourcing the right candidates to fill them. You will be on the phone - a lot. This is a fast-moving, people-driven role where your results are entirely in your own hands and so is your income. You will be trained from the ground up by some of the best recruiters in the industry, sitting right next to you every day.

WHAT THIS OPPORTUNITY LOOKS LIKE

  • £26,500 basic salary
  • Up to 25% commission
  • Year 1 OTE: £45,000 — £55,000
  • Within 3 years: £100,000+

WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR THE MOST EXPERIENCED PERSON IN THE ROOM

No degree required. No fancy logos needed on your CV. Our client's best people did not come from the most polished backgrounds - they came with fire in them and a refusal to be average. They do not care about university degrees or how many prestigious employers you have worked for. They care about attitude, hunger, work ethic, ambition and people skills. They will teach you the trade. What they cannot teach is the drive to be great and that is what they are hiring for.

THIS IS A REAL INVESTMENT IN A REAL PERSON

Our client will back you with world-class training, a team that genuinely wants you to win, and a huge earning potential. The only question is: are you the right person to back? Apply now. Tell us who you are, what drives you, and why you are right for this role.
