You’ll play a key role in attracting great people to the business, building relationships with candidates and helping shape the company’s culture as it continues to grow.

What will you be doing?

• Finding the next generation of talent: Screening CVs, speaking to candidates and running initial conversations to identify people who could be a great fit.
• Owning the candidate experience: Arranging interviews, keeping candidates engaged and making sure everyone gets a brilliant first impression of the business.
• Being the face of the company: Representing the business professionally, building relationships and showcasing what makes it a great place to work.
• Getting creative with recruitment: Writing job adverts, posting across different platforms and finding new ways to attract brilliant people.
• People & culture: Helping create a great working environment, supporting team initiatives and contributing to the culture as the business evolves.
• Making an impact: Working closely with the wider team, bringing ideas to the table and taking ownership of projects as you develop.

Who are you?

We’re looking for a graduate with a 2:1 degree or above who has the personality and drive to thrive in a people-focused role.

You’ll be:

• Naturally extroverted. You enjoy meeting new people, striking up conversations and building relationships. This is not a role for someone who prefers to keep their head down.
• Confident and personable. You’re comfortable speaking to people at all levels and know how to make a great first impression.
• Full of energy. You’re enthusiastic, positive and bring a bit of personality to everything you do.
• Highly organised. You can juggle different priorities and keep on top of the details.
• Professional and well presented. You take pride in how you communicate and represent yourself.
• Ambitious. You want to learn, progress and make the most of a genuine opportunity.
• Proactive. You use your initiative, think on your feet and don’t need to be told twice.

Previous recruitment or HR experience isn’t essential. We’re much more interested in your personality, attitude and potential.
