Lowen Talent is working exclusively with one of our valued clients to find someone to become the heartbeat of their office. This is a genuinely varied role. One minute you're sorting supply runs and making sure the office has everything it needs to run smoothly, the next you're filming content for TikTok, and after that you're pulling together the details for the next office social. What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll own the office, keeping things stocked and organised (stationery, refreshments, supplies), coordinating with suppliers and couriers, and being the go-to person when something needs sorting, whether that’s booking meeting rooms, managing diaries, or helping with travel arrangements for the team.
  • You’ll run social media across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn, creating content that shows off the culture and brings the brand to life.
  • You’ll organise events, from Friday drinks to bigger office socials, and generally keep the day-to-day running like clockwork.
  • If you fancy it, there’s also the chance to get out to client networking events and put a face to the brand.

What our client is looking for:

  • Someone with a marketing background or a genuine interest in content and social media, paired with strong organisational skills.
  • You’re switched on, personable, and good at reading a room.
  • You thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment and you don’t wait to be told what to do – you spot what needs doing and you get on with it.
  • Strong communication skills are essential; you’ll be talking to everyone from the MD to new starters to clients.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
