We have start dates from November and will be running an Assessment Centre on Tuesday 27th and Thursday 29th of October-we look forward to meeting you! Join us as a Debt Collection Negotiator. You'll be part of a supportive, target-driven team where you'll work towards clear goals while delivering great service to our clients. Day to day, you'll be speaking with customers over the phone-both inbound and outbound-gathering the right information to help create realistic and fair repayment plans. You'll also be negotiating settlements, identifying when someone might be in a vulnerable situation, and making sure they get the right support. Between calls, you'll be reviewing and updating
