Legal Recoveries Associate (Call Centre Representative)
Summary
We’re looking for a highly motivated legal recoveries associate to work in our litigation department, helping customers navigate their debt and bring them back to financial health.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £24,140–£25,974 pa depending on experience. Full performance bonuses up to 20% quarterly and annual bonus up to 10% of salary. Hybrid working available in Leeds (Thorpe Park).
Working Hours & Start Dates
Hours 9:00am–6:45pm, 1 in 4 Saturday (9:00am–1:00pm). Assessment centre 17th December for start in New Year.
Responsibilities
Working towards KPIs, you will speak to customers over the telephone about their accounts, taking time to fully understand each customer’s situation and help them find the right way forward.
Possible outcomes could include setting up affordable payment plans or supporting any litigation processes, helping with queries, and conducting regular reviews to ensure payments remain suitable.
Some customers may be in vulnerable situations – this role can be challenging, but you can make a real impact.
