Step into the role of Business Intelligence Analyst and play a key part in driving insight across the full end-to-end litigation journey at Overdales. You will work closely with our Strategy Delivery team and leaders across the business, diving into data to understand performance, spot trends, and influence decision-making. From building and maintaining Power BI reporting and supporting our BI framework, to analysing strategy effectiveness - like how our communications land or how customers engage digitally - you will turn data into meaningful recommendations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their MI needs, keep documentation up to date, solve problems as they arise, and deliver high-quality ad-hoc analysis when the business needs it.

If you are someone who loves getting into the detail, understands the operational metrics that drive success, and enjoys continuously monitoring KPIs to help shape smarter strategies, this role is for you.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong numeracy skills and confidence working with quantitative data
  • Experience in an analytical role with solid problem-solving and curiosity
  • Intermediate SQL skills and capability to build dashboards in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
  • Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within a wider team

If you are excited about this role and don’t meet every requirement, don’t worry. We would still love to hear from you because your unique perspective could be just what we are looking for.

What you will get:

  • A discretionary annual bonus to reward your impact
  • 3% flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your lifestyle, whether that’s extra cash, more holiday, or added health cover.
  • Hybrid working for the best of both worlds - collaboration and focus.
  • Free onsite parking, saving you time and money.
  • Recharge and refresh opportunities with 28 days of holiday plus public holidays, and the option to buy up to five more - giving you more time for what matters most.
  • Peace of mind with life assurance that supports your loved ones, no matter what.
  • A culture that celebrates you and supports your wellbeing - with recognition awards, access to on-site gym facilities, and a variety of wellbeing initiatives offered throughout the year to help you stay balanced, resilient and feeling your best.
  • Encouragement to be your authentic self at work by joining one of our vibrant employee networks - like Rise (Gender), Proud (LGBTQIA+), Culture, or Spark (Neurodiversity & Disability) - and connect with a community that celebrates and supports you.
