Finance Risk & Control Manager Location: Thorpe Park , Leeds, Hybrid working. Join us as a Finance Risk & Control Manager and help us strengthen and evolve our financial control environment. In this role, you'll work closely with teams across Finance and the wider business to identify and manage risk in a practical, proactive way-making sure the right controls are in place, understood and consistently applied. You'll play a key part in maintaining a clear and effective governance framework, supporting audits, keeping policies relevant and easy to follow, and turning insight into action through meaningful reporting. Just as importantly, you'll build strong relationships, challenge where needed and support teams to embed good risk and control practices into everyday decision-making.
