Location: Leeds, Thorpe Park, Hybrid.

Shifts: 9:00am-6:45pm, 1 in 4 Saturday rotation 9:00am-1:00pm.

Start Date: 20th July.

Training: 5‑week structured program.

Role Overview

As a Legal Recoveries Associate in our Litigation department, you will support customers through debt recovery processes and help them find financial solutions. You will manage calls, assess customer circumstances, set up payment plans, support litigation queries and perform regular review of repayment suitability. The role can be challenging and involves empathetic customer interaction in potentially vulnerable situations. You will receive comprehensive training, coaching and support.
