Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds, Hybrid working.

Join us as a Senior Data Analyst (Remediation) and play a key role in delivering and improving our remediation processes, ensuring customers are treated fairly and issues are resolved accurately and efficiently. You'll analyse customer data to identify trends and potential issues, design and enhance processes, and lead remediation initiatives from insight through to resolution. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll build strong stakeholder relationships, provide expert analysis, and help drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong governance and control standards. This is a highly autonomous role with real impact, offering the opportunity to shape how we identify and resolve customer issues at scale.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong SQL skills are essential, with the ability to extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets.
  • Experience of Lowell systems or similar environments would be highly beneficial.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements, including experience drafting or signing off communications such as letters.
  • Ability to work closely with external partners, to support remediation activity.
  • Understanding of remediation principles, including involvement in incident reviews and governance forums.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive actions across teams.
