Join us on our Level 2 Credit Control Apprenticeship programme, and you will earn a full-time salary in a permanent role as a Customer Solutions Associate in our call centre while also working towards your apprenticeship qualification. It doesn’t matter whether you’re leaving college or university, changing career, or returning to work after a break. Whatever your background, together we can take your career further.

Your mission

You will spend much of your time working as a Customer Solutions Associate. Here, you will help our customers navigate their money journeys and bring them back to financial health. As the real first point of contact for customers, you will meet your KPIs by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls. It’s all about being the voice that guides our customers to the right outcome.

You will also spend time learning, growing, and developing on our 12-15 month Level 2 Credit Controller & Collections Apprenticeship Standard scheme. This is delivered by Credit Services Association, the industry experts. With our full support, you will not only earn a fantastic qualification, but you will also discover all kinds of new ways that you can progress with us.

To join us, you will need:

  • Great listening and communication skills
  • To be a people person and have an empathetic ear
  • Lots of resilience and an ability to work towards targets
  • The right to reside in the UK, and you must have been a resident of the UK/EEA for 3 consecutive years prior to the start of your apprenticeship
  • To be eligible to work in England, as you will spend more than 50% of your annual working hours here (even with remote working)
  • Not to be in government funded education (e.g. school, university, or on another apprenticeship) at the point of joining our scheme
  • To be over the age of 18 at the point of joining us
  • To be able to commute to our new Thorpe Park, Leeds Head Office
