Overview
In this role, you will own the design and evolution of Lowell’s Oracle EPM platform, shaping governance and solutions across FCCS, Planning, ARCS and Narrative Reporting. You’ll translate complex finance requirements into scalable systems supporting statutory reporting, management insight and strategic decision‑making. You will lead a finance systems team, partner with Technology and external vendors, and ensure best practices across the EPM landscape. This is a chance to drive transformational finance systems that underpin Lowell’s mission to make credit work better for all, at a hybrid Leeds site.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Oracle EPM solutions across Planning (PBCS), FCCS, ARCS and Narrative Reporting
- Act as functional/solution architect with governance over EPM design and direction
- Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable system solutions
- Support statutory reporting, management information and audit requirements through robust EPM design
- Build relationships across Finance, Technology and third-party partners and act as a trusted bridge between business and technical teams
- Lead complex change programmes and promote continuous improvement while modelling Lowell's values
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices in finance systems governance and control
Key requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering Oracle EPM solutions across Planning (PBCS), FCCS, ARCS and Narrative Reporting
- Strong understanding of finance processes, period-end close, reporting governance and financial controls
- Experience supporting statutory reporting, management information and audit requirements through EPM design
- Ability to build relationships across Finance, Technology and external partners
- Experience operating as a solution architect and design authority for the EPM landscape
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills; proactive mindset and change leadership
