Start your career as a Legal Recoveries Associate in our Litigation department in Leeds, Thorpe Park. The role involves speaking to customers over the telephone, setting up payment plans, supporting litigation queries, and completing regular reviews to ensure payments remain suitable.
Salary: £25,166, depending on experience, plus a quarterly performance related bonus up to 20%. Hours 9.00am–6.45pm, with a 1 in 4 Saturday rotation (9.00am‑1.00pm). Hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the telephone to discuss their accounts and circumstances.
- Deliver clear and effective communication, empathy and good judgement.
- Set up affordable payment plans and manage ongoing customer reviews.
- Support queries linked to litigation processes and ensure compliance with regulated financial services environment.
- Document customer interactions accurately and keep data up to date.
- Work within the structured training, coaching and guidance provided by the team.
