The Role
Reporting to the Group FP&A Director, the Newly Qualified Accountant will play a key role in delivering a first-class service to our international group. This is an exciting newly-created role that will give exposure to multiple different areas of a fast-paced finance function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple group entities;
- Responding to and resolving audit queries;
- Supporting cashflow forecasting, analysis, and reporting activities;
- Assisting with completion of the Group reporting pack;
- Contributing to financial planning and analysis initiatives, including M&A–related project work;
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts;
- Supporting debt management processes and covenant compliance reporting;
- Collaborating with the ERP and data reporting teams on Group-wide initiatives;
- Undertaking ad‑hoc project work and additional responsibilities as required.

Candidates must also possess the following skills and experience:
- Qualified Accountant;
- Advanced MS Excel skills with proven financial modelling capability;
- Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency across the Microsoft office suite;
- Able to effectively prioritise and manage a diverse workload while maintaining high levels of accuracy;
- Trained in Corporate Finance with experience in financial modelling and M&A;
- Skilled in Power BI with the ability to develop insightful and actionable reporting.
