The Role
This role will be based in either our global HQ in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, or our Cheltenham, England, alongside the current team based at the office. The successful candidate will be an ambitious Marketing Manager who is keen to accelerate their career within a fast growth, lean environment. This role will require working very closely with the wider marketing department to help support revenue growth, product strategy and go to market planning.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the go-to-marketing strategies in the UK working alongside the Divisional Director of Marketing Communications.
- Be the voice of the customer for internal cross-functional teams to ensure product and sales priorities align with ideal customer profiles.
- Identify and maintain market audience and buyer persona definitions for our customer audience.
- Become well-versed in competitive intelligence and field enablement for specific product offerings.
- Provide ongoing channel performance feedback.
- Help develop and optimise positioning, messaging and sales tools to support product growth and adoption.
- Become an expert in our products in order to create solutions messaging, blogs, landing pages, webinars, events, campaigns and other demand generation vehicles that effectively promote the products.
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Team, Content Team, Sales Team, Product Specialists etc. to optimise campaigns.
- Assisting with the company’s participation at events, ensuring brand visibility, promotional materials and supporting the sales department.
