The Role Based in our office in Bishops Cleeve, this role will support our project teams across the UK. Key job responsibilities include:
- Obtaining quotations and ensuring accuracy of quotes by liaising closely with the Project Management team
- Populating various trackers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail and providing weekly reports to relevant stakeholders
- Highlight, challenge and report when key milestones are hit, missed or delayed. Establishing reasons, mitigation and management processes
- Assist in the Production of KPI reports to measure performance
- Organise, coordinate, and minute key meetings
- Work in collaboration with design team and ensure all relevant changes are tracked and flagged in the appropriate manner
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams including answering queries and investigating and resolving issues
- Responsible for ensuring customers receive and complete site survey info ahead of project start
Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience Candidates should also possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in fast-paced organisation as an Administrator, Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong team player and collaborative ethos
- Highly organised, with an ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
- Customer focused and drive to deliver results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft package
- High attention to detail
