Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance a range of software products.
  • Provide technical leadership within a growing team – collaborating with key contributors to develop the architecture of a global multi‑cloud/multi‑region Io T platform.
  • Influence development practices, contribute to process enhancements, and enforce best practices on project work.
  • Work with Partner teams to understand their requirements and build systems that ensure that changes are correctly applied to the platform.
  • Ensure SDLC Processes are followed and enhanced to deliver increasingly effective and productive software solutions for a Dev Sec Ops 24/7 Cloud environment.
  • Deliver non‑functional enterprise requirements and support decision making on approaches in partnership with technical leadership.
  • Provide mentoring and technical direction to development, helping to identify technical solutions to realize design.
  • Complete research and conduct POCs on new technologies.
  • Participate in CICD development pipelines, contributing to modern test and delivery techniques.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent level of skills and experience, MSc or higher preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of core Java skills.
  • Ability to write clean, bug‑free code that is easy to understand, and easily maintainable.
  • Experience working with multi‑threaded applications and core Java libraries (Spring).
  • Experience of IOT Cloud – AWS Io T CORE, Io T Hub, PTC Io T.
  • Experience CICD and Cloud operations – Jenkins, Argo, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with enterprise security and compliance processes and tools.
  • Experience using Confluence, JIRA, or other Atlassian tools.
