The Role
We are seeking discreet and reliable Field Surveillance Operatives based in London or the South East of England to conduct ad hoc surveillance assignments. Assignments typically range from 5 to 10 hours per day with variable start and end times depending on client needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct covert surveillance using a camera, video camera, or high-quality smartphone
- Record clear, stable photographic and video evidence as required
- Maintain detailed, accurate logs and reports of observations
- Work flexibly across variable hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Camera, video camera, or smartphone capable of high-quality video recording
- Power bank or spare battery for long assignments
- Ability to work flexible shifts, typically 5 to 10 hours per day
- Previous experience in surveillance, security, or private investigation preferred but not essential
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
Pay and Expenses
- £30.00 per hour for all completed hours
- Mileage reimbursed at the HMRC standard rate (45p per mile for the first 10,000 business miles)
