Operations Administrator – Overview We are working with an successful and established renewable energy company based in Manchester area who are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team. They specialise in delivering carbon reduction and energy efficiency measures to private residential, and social housing. The company deliver several energy saving measures under the ECO4 scheme including Air Source Heat Pumps, Boilers, Solar PV & Batteries and Insulation which they install into customers homes. Your role as Operations Administrator will be based at their head office in Stretford area, they have a friendly team who all support each other to get the job done. The main focus of this role will be the day to day operations of the installation division. You will work with the team and with customers to coordinate and organise installation works to be carried out, give customers frequent reminders before and during installations, follow up post installation for payments and to deal with reviews and complaints that may arise. This role will be heavily customer focused and will require frequent communication with customers via email and over the phone. This is a predominantly office based role. The company do understand that sometimes things come up in life that you need to be flexible for. They are more than happy to work around doctors, dentist appoints, school pick-ups etc when required as well. Operations Administrator – Requirements * Previous experience of 2 years or more in an administration role, within the last 5 years * Customer focused and able to deal with queries and complaints * Excellent customer focus and care skills.
