We are currently working with a Construction & MEP Contractor based in Southampton who are looking for a Working Foreman with a Carpentry background to join them on a current project in Egham. They carry out projects throughout the South of England and have recently secured a refurbishment project of a healthcare centre which they are kicking off in the next two weeks.

You would be working on the tools as well as managing 3-5 other sub contract decorators on site. As Working Foreman, you will act as the Lead on site, managing a team of circa 3-5 other Operations on the project, as well as working on the tools carrying out carpentry based works. You will be in charge of all H&S, quality checking, managing the team and ensuring the project stays on track. The project itself is the refurbishment of a Healthcare Centre in Egham. The project will last approximately 3 months however there will be other work to move onto after this.

  • Happy working and managing independently
  • Located locally to Egham or able to commute there on a daily basis

Remuneration:

  • Day Rate - £250.00 - £350.00 per day
