Our expanding e-commerce platform in the UK is driving growth in our online business. As a result, we are looking to increase our staffing levels to meet the rising demand.
We are looking to recruit for a Ecommerce Fulfilment Lead to oversee and manage an established team in our warehouse.
This is very much a blend of hands on and office-based functionality and requires someone that is both happy to get involved in the day to day operation as well carry out office based activities.
Schedule
Day shift – 8:30 -1700 Monday to Friday. Subject to change during peak periods.
Key roles and responsibilities

Plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the warehouse operatives, providing effective communication, leadership, succession planning, motivation, training, and development

Opening and closing of the premises

Monitoring and reporting KPI’s

Overseeing building security
Pick management

Accurately pick and pack website customer orders meeting company KPI’s

Ensure systems are correctly updated throughout the order process

Provide stock counts as and when necessary

Labelling and shipping orders ahead of daily collections
Stock Management

Receive and accurately locate stock

Process returns, ensure stock returned is counted and booked correctly.

Ensure all damaged/ unpickable items are recorded and segregated.
Health and Safety

Comply with facility health and safety and comply with company guidelines.

Maintain a clean working environment

Oversee and maintain H&S expectations, reporting issues

Experience is similar role within a fast-paced warehouse environment preferable

Be a natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement change

Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise day to day operations.

Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office

Enthusiastic and positive

Processing order experience/eCommerce or warehouse packing experience is an advantage

Strong English and numeracy skills

Be competent in the use of computers including excel & MS teams
