Lovisa is a global fast‑fashion retailer. This role supports the Store Manager in all aspects of the store and may manage in the Manager’s absence. The position involves motivating and developing the in-store team, delivering strong results, and creating an exceptional customer experience aligned with store standards.

About You / Qualifications
- Strong desire to develop your leadership/management/supervisory experience
- A drive to motivate and deliver great results
- An eye for fashion and awareness of the latest trends
- Strong experience in a face-to-face customer environment
