Role Description
The Assistant Manager role at Lovisa in Greenhithe is a full-time, on-site position supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations and team leadership.
The Assistant Manager helps drive sales and customer satisfaction by leading by example on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining Lovisa’s high visual merchandising standards.
This role includes supervising and coaching team members, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and assisting with scheduling to meet business needs.
The Assistant Manager contributes to stock management, including deliveries, replenishment, stockroom organization, and loss prevention.
The position also involves monitoring store performance, implementing company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive, fashion-focused culture aligned with Lovisa’s brand values.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably in fashion, accessories, or fast-moving consumer goods.

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and maintain a customer-first mindset.
