Responsibilities

• Operate and manage a Lovisa store, including staff supervision and customer service
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver high levels of service
• Participate in training programs and pursue progression opportunities within the Lovisa leadership track
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are maintained
