We are seeking experienced clinical carers to join our specialist care team in Northamptonshire. In this role, you will deliver complex clinical care to clients in their own homes, working under the guidance of our clinical lead and in partnership with district nurses and other healthcare professionals. You will support clients with conditions requiring PEG feeding, stoma care, catheter management, tracheostomy care, and complex medication regimes. This role requires a minimum QCF Level 3 qualification and demonstrable clinical care experience. We provide ongoing clinical training and supervision to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist clinical care as per individual care plans
- Administer PEG feeds, manage stomas, and provide catheter care
- Manage complex medication regimes including controlled drugs
- Monitor vital signs and expedite concerns appropriately
- Work collaboratively with district nurses and clinical teams
- Maintain detailed clinical records and incident reports
- Support and mentor care assistants in clinical tasks
- Attend clinical supervision sessions and training updates
