About You as Internal Recruitment Partner

We are currently looking for an Internal Recruitment Partner who will assist with the continued growth of the Lovey team. The right candidate for this role will be able to work autonomously on the recruitment lifecycle for sales and other hires. Role: Internal Recruitment Partner

Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday to Wednesday (Hybrid)

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £42,500 (full time rate to be pro‑rata for part‑time role) per annum with annual bonus

Experience: The ideal candidate will have an agency or agency with a transition to internal talent background specifically hiring for Sales, Account Management and Customer Service or have a transferable role hiring background.

Duties of the Internal Recruitment Partner:

  • Ownership of hiring activity across all other departments, working with the senior team to agree timescales and sourcing strategy.
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as partnering with Directors to achieve talent outcomes.
  • Utilise various methods to source candidates including direct sourcing, advertising, jobs and careers fairs and head hunting to obtain relevant candidate CV profiles and carry out initial screening phone calls for relevant roles.
  • Attract and hire a high volume of new sales professionals to Lovey.
  • Ability to track and monitor the recruitment process.
  • Work within a fast‑paced environment, able to run recruitment processes quickly and manage Line Managers' interview availability.
  • Responsible for advertising vacancies across Reed and LinkedIn as well as any other platforms deemed suitable.
  • Conduct first stage interviews with candidates in order to maximise time and efficiency of the recruitment process and allow commercial time management of business leaders.
  • Where necessary handle any administrative responsibilities related to talent, jobs boards, systems, agency usage etc.
  • Any other duties as directed by Head of HR.
