Financial Planning & Advice
- Provide holistic financial planning and regulated advice to new and existing clients.
- Deliver suitable recommendations that meet client needs and objectives.
- Conduct client reviews and maintain long-term client relationships.
Client Service
- Deliver a high standard of service and client experience.
- Communicate clearly and professionally through meetings, telephone calls and written correspondence.
- Ensure all advice and communications are clear, fair and in the client's best interests.
- Act with professionalism, integrity and a client-first approach.
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking and professional relationships.
- Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of prospective and existing clients.
- Promote the firm's services and reputation within the local business community.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure all advice, documentation and client records meet FCA and company standards.
- Maintain high-quality suitability and file standards.
- Identify and support vulnerable clients in line with Consumer Duty requirements.
- Work collaboratively with compliance, paraplanning and administration teams.
Professional Standards & Development
- Maintain regulatory competence and meet ongoing CPD requirements.
- Keep up to date with industry developments, FCA regulations and best practice.
- Participate in relevant training and professional development activities.
- Contribute positively as part of a collaborative team environment.
