We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join the team in our Great Yarmouth office.
You will primarily support the administration, secretarial and reception department of the busy Great Yarmouth office carrying out the key duties when required for each particular team. The teams within the support department consist of office assistants, typists, secretaries and receptionists.
Duties will include, but are not limited to
Providing daily reception cover
Meeting and greeting clients
Dealing efficiently & effectively with incoming calls.
Providing admin support to all departments
Filing, scanning and electronic archiving
Maintaining the quality of the stored files
General typing
Sorting and allocating post
Scanning and archiving client correspondence
Manage information with the utmost discretion.
Person specification
Experience within customer service is desirable but not essential
Be friendly and engaged
Show a \'can-do\' attitude
5 GCSE grade C/4 or above including English and Maths
Strong I.T skills
Be able to communicate effectively with a variety of different people
